Challenge

Design for multiple audiences while staying true to the core message.
Extensive user research, stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and data analysis allowed us to understand ForKids' audiences clearly. That data informed the creation of custom user personas, messaging pillars, and a design ecosystem.
